Hung blinds in the living room.

Water block cemented and waterproof painted the basement wall and lower chimney.

Remodeled and repainted the bedroom.

Remodeled and repainted the office.

Painted the ceilings of the bedroom, the office and the kitchen.

Repointed the chimney.

Replaced 3 shingles on the roof.

Patched up the drywall in the bayroom and joined it to the kitchen-entry wall for continuity.

Spackled cross beams in the bayroom and painted the ceiling.

Built the firepit in the yard.

Cleaned out leaves and laid out bricks blocking the neighbor's fence at the bottom.

Re-mortared cracks and joints in the front steps.

Carpentry work to remake the threshold into the bedroom.

Installed new floor and wall boards in utility closet.

Removed utility closet door and sewed curtains for it and kitchen cabinets.

Cut down and burned about 20 scrub oak trees on the property.

Built box/encasement for kitty litter.

Contracted roofers to replace fascia at peak of the front of the house.
